0192 Sleep Hygiene and Self-Efficacy for Sleep Hygiene among Good and Poor Sleepers: A Secondary Analysis

Abstract Introduction College students are at risk for sleep disturbances that may influence academic performance and cognitive function. Poor hygiene quality over time results in inadequate daytime sleepiness, which, if not addressed, eventually leads to deprivation adverse health effects.
